Role Description The Physiotherapist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Maris & Terra Spa in Noida. The Physiotherapist will assess client needs, conduct physical evaluations, and design personalized treatment plans that may complement existing spa and wellness services. Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based physiotherapy sessions, demonstrating and supervising therapeutic exercises, and educating clients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications for long-term well-being. The role involves accurate documentation of assessments and progress notes, maintaining treatment areas and equipment, and collaborating with spa therapists and management to provide cohesive wellness experiences. The Physiotherapist will also support client consultations, help create wellness packages tailored to individual conditions, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution), with valid registration or license as applicable.
- Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy interventions for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and postural issues.
- Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, pain management strategies, and rehabilitation programs.
- Ability to collaborate with spa and wellness practitioners to integrate physiotherapy into holistic care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.
- High standards of professionalism, ethics, hygiene, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced luxury spa environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or clinical physiotherapy setting is preferred, along with basic knowledge of wellness and relaxation therapies.
